REFILLS

After 3 weeks of your last service, it will be a full set charge. 

 

If you have less than 50% of remaining lashes it will be a full set charge.

 

We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at PERFECT LASHES. (No exceptions).  If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us.  This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask our clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the next one. In this event, the cancellation policy will come into effect, meaning, you will be charged 50% of service price.

CANCELLATION

 

At PERFECT LASHES we understand that unforeseen events can happen, that is why we won´t charge our clients for the first missing appointment.  After that you will be charged 50% of service price for no shows.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts, you will not be charged.  Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations.
